WITH A Tasting MENU

The Chefs’ Counter offers an immersive, dinner party-like environment, placing you in the vibrant kitchen environment and allowing you to interact directly with Chefs Rush and Kajioka.

The chefs serve their Tasting Menu at the Chefs’ Counter for one seating at 6:30pm. The Tasting Menu celebrates the chefs’ talents: sourcing the highest quality seasonal ingredients, preserving the purity and beauty of those ingredients, and collaboratively developing and evolving both ideas and techniques. The results are original and inspired dishes, perfectly presented and culminating as a beautiful and considered gastronomic experience.

The Tasting Menu is $195 per person, exclusive of tax and hospitality, and is paid at the time of booking. There are eight seats available at the Chefs’ Counter and reservations open 60 days in advance.

Reservations are required for the Tasting Menu served at our Chefs' Counter
and are recommended for our main dining room.

We are excited to announce that our Tasting Menu is available six nights a week!
We offer one seating at 6:30pm with eight seats available each evening.

Reservations for parties of five or more people will require a credit card.
(Credit card will only be charged if the reservation is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Please see our reservations page for more details.)

Please note that the restaurant will be closed on Halloween, Thursday, October 31.
