WITH A Tasting MENU

The Chefs’ Counter offers an immersive, dinner party-like environment, placing you in the vibrant kitchen environment and allowing you to interact directly with Chefs Kajioka and Rush.

The chefs serve their Tasting Menu at the Chefs’ Counter Wednesday through Saturday with one seating at 6:30pm. The Tasting Menu celebrates the chefs’ talents: sourcing the highest quality seasonal ingredients, preserving the purity and beauty of those ingredients, and collaboratively developing and evolving both ideas and techniques. The results are original and inspired dishes, perfectly presented and culminating as a beautiful and considered gastronomic experience.

The Tasting Menu is $185 per person, exclusive of tax and hospitality, and is paid at the time of booking. There are eight seats available at the Chefs’ Counter and reservations open 60 days in advance.

Reservations can be made online or you can call us at (808) 200-5412. 
Reservations are required for the Tasting Menu served at our Chefs' Counter Wednesday through Saturday and are recommended for our main dining room.

On Monday and Tuesday evenings, our à la carte dinner menu is served throughout the restaurant. "Counter" reservations on these days indicate the seating location.

Reservations for parties of six or more people will require a credit card.
(Credit card will only be charged if the reservation is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.)

Happy new year!
2018 is off to an auspicious start. 
We are thrilled to welcome Brady Williams and Nelson Daquip from Canlis on Saturday, January 6 for a collaboration dinner! What an honor to have them join us for an evening.

After celebrating our one year anniversary in mid-December, we are going to take a little break. The restaurant will be closed the week of January 29 through Saturday, February 3. 
We will reopen on Monday, February 5.

Are you already thinking about Valentine's Day? So are we! The chefs have planned a beautiful Valentine's Day prix fixe menu and reservations are now open. To view the menu and reserve a table, please click on the "Make a Reservation" button below and select February 14.
