our exclusive Chefs’ Counter


The Chefs’ Counter offers an immersive, dinner party-like environment, placing you in the vibrant kitchen environment and allowing you to interact directly with Chefs Kajioka and Rush.

The chefs serve their Tasting Menu at the Chefs’ Counter Wednesday through Saturday with one seating at 6:30pm. The Tasting Menu celebrates the chefs’ talents: sourcing the highest quality seasonal ingredients, preserving the purity and beauty of those ingredients, and collaboratively developing and evolving both ideas and techniques. The results are original and inspired dishes, perfectly presented and culminating as a beautiful and considered gastronomic experience.

The Tasting Menu is $185 per person, exclusive of tax and hospitality, and is paid at the time of booking. There are eight seats available at the Chefs’ Counter and reservations open 60 days in advance.

Reservations are required for the Tasting Menu served at our Chefs' Counter Wednesday through Saturday and are recommended for our main dining room.

On Monday and Tuesday evenings, our à la carte dinner menu is served throughout the restaurant. "Counter" reservations on these days indicate the seating location.

Reservations for parties of six or more people will require a credit card.
(Credit card will only be charged if the reservation is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.)

We will be celebrating with family and friends this coming holiday season and will be closed from Saturday, December 23 through Tuesday, December 26th (Boxing Day). We will reopen on Wednesday, December 27.

We also have a private event on Friday, December 29. Our apologies, but we will be closed to the public on that date as well.

We do invite you to join us for New Year's Eve revelry on Sunday, December 31! We are offering a five-course prix fixe menu which can be viewed and booked by clicking the button below.
