The Chefs’ Counter offers an immersive, dinner party-like environment, placing you in the vibrant kitchen environment and allowing you to interact directly with Chefs Kajioka and Rush.
The chefs serve their Tasting Menu at the Chefs’ Counter Wednesday through
Saturday with one seating at 6:30pm. The Tasting Menu celebrates the chefs’
talents: sourcing the highest quality seasonal ingredients, preserving the purity
and beauty of those ingredients, and collaboratively developing and evolving
both ideas and techniques. The results are original and inspired dishes, perfectly
presented and culminating as a beautiful and considered gastronomic
The Tasting Menu is $185 per person, exclusive of tax and hospitality, and is
paid at the time of booking.
There are eight seats available at the Chefs’ Counter. For parties of four, you
have to option of sitting front-and- center at the Counter itself or experiencing the
same Tasting Menu at the Chefs’ Table. Placed immediately behind the Counter,
it is the one table in the restaurant that faces the kitchen, providing a full view of
the action in a more private setting.
